How do you get a budgie/oarakeet to play dead (lay on it’s back) if it does no have a habit of doing so?
I have 2 budgies and I’ve got them for around 1 1/2 month and I’m really really want them to play dead. They’re already finger trained (meaning they hop onto my finger when I call them) but they do not like to be touched.

Keep handeling them every day. Work on trying to get them to lay on their back in your hand. After that it will just take patience.
