Many of us have a desire for some sort of relationship to make our lives complete and this is unlikely to change. According to Census data there are well over three million adult singles throughout Australia. This figure is set to gradually increase as the population increases.
During the past couple of years there have been significant shiftings in attitude amongst many singles with respect to the use of singles – introduction agencies. Many singles are now looking for alternative options outside of online dating sites that can offer a more personalized service with attention to individual needs.
Until recently, using a dating agency wore the tag of the last resort when all other avenues of meeting singles were exhausted. Today more and more people are sick of with the singles-bar scene and are searching pragmatic options to meeting appropriate people. A recent online survey suggests that people are willing to invest money in a quality dating agency and see this as an investment for their own happiness.
Those using dating introduction agencies range between the ages 18 to 70. Although the majority age range is between 21 to 40. These members are found to hold average to above average incomes and mostly account for single professional workers. This group of singles have in general lost faith with conventional methods of meeting singles in places such as bars, through friends or at their work place.

It is paramount to ensure your membership charges for your service are not discounted and this can be achieved when putting together your business plan and undertaking appropriate due-diligence with regards to research.

What software can I use to run a very small travel agency?
I like to sell air tickets and hotel reservations. I use online services like travelocity, airlines webpages and call centers. This tools dont offer me the flexibility to perform changes to reservations or extend the due date of the reservation. So i need an online software that gives me the flexibility to manage this reservations. I have heard of Sabre and Amadeus, but i think they are too expensive for me right now. Any advice?
Should I put this job on my application?
I was laid off last May. I got a job in August, but was let go in October, because they said “I wasn’t getting it fast enough.” So, I was terminated due to work performance, but I was only there for 2 and a half months. I have been working through the employment agency since December. I don’t want to leave a huge gap on my application history, but I don’t want them to find out that I was fired from a job. What do I do?
Debt Collection agency – need expert advice?
I have been approached by a debt collection agency stating that i have an unpaid debt. However, they have not given me any documents to prove that they are now the owners of the debt. Further, the original creditor has issued me a letter stating that I have repaid the debt in full (though in error). What is the best course to follow? The debt collectors just call at all sorts of strange hours and threaten me….I am so sick of this.
I do not want to pay anyone till they give me the documentatin that they own the debt or else someone else may come along and claim the same thing. Do I just ignore them till I get the confirmations? Do I have a duty to find out or should the burden lay on them?
BTW, it is not credit card debt – just an education debt. What really annoys me is that the creditor made a mistake and they are trying to pin it on me. At no time has the creditor sent me a statement or asked me for repayment even though I updated my address with them. Then this debt collector shows up….GREAT…
Thanks for the answers – but what do I do about the underlying debt if they do not offer proof that they are the ones who own it?
I have written them a fax stating what I require from them to prove that they own the debt but they have not provided one shred of evidence.
Can they try and PIN it all on me when the creditor made a mistake by not sending notices to my updated adress even though I gave it to them?
I suspect they do not have the necessary evidence to bring a case to court as the creditor made a mistake. Should I wait to see if they sue me before trying to settle or should I do it now?
