I am 4 months pregnant and I have pains in the back of my hips that are almost paralyzing at times..help?
When I lay down and go to get up the pain in my hips hurts so bad sometimes my husband has to help me up. I sit behind a desk at work from 8:30-5:00 maybe that has something to do with it ? Any ideas? should I mention it to my dr or is it normal? thanks

I just started having a really bad pain near my hip bone…..it hurts when I move……I’m laying down and it still hurts. Also, I keep getting sharp pains in my chest on the opposite side. Does anyone have any advice? Or has this happened to anyone?

They claim to help black people. So why are they still in the dumps. More like exploiting them I would say. Bill Crosby is correct when he said in order to help the black people from their misery, they have to take responsibility first themselves and not rely on the Government to do it for them. Poor immigrants from other countries come to america with a dream, and they work hard towards it and succeed. Why can’t these little hip hop husksters do it? Because it aint cool to go to school and be educated, instead these nigas stay in the hip hop culture to attract women for sex, that is why they do it, personal choice.

I know this seems like a dumb question, but I am really at a loss. I’m heading to my in-laws and they’re very modern, hip people, where as I’m very Kmart-chic (if you can understand what that means).
What’s a trendy way that I can wear my hair to appear more up-to date?
My hair is similar to my avatar’s. SHoulder length, one length, pin straight and kind of thin.
I was thinking of teasing it into a messy/poufy high ponytail and using a hair ribbon as a headband.. what do you guys think?
