It always happends in the supermarket and they always lick there lips and smile when looking down there. What should I say?

If a girl smiles at me whenever Im around her does that mean that she likes me? When I first met this girl she would always smile and make eye contact with me when we were together. I found her attractive but being the shy idiot that I am, I haven’t had the courage to start a real conversation with her. A few weeks have gone by and now she is avoiding me altogether (probably because I barely ever talked to her). I would like to ask her on a date, but I am starting to feel that I missed my chance. Should I give it a shot and ask her out, or would It seem to weird If I told her I liked her and asked her on a date?

I struggle with getting a mans attention. I don’t really have trouble starting a conversation, but I rarely get ask out. I am decent looking (38 yrs. old)and have a good sense of humor. I am also smart and have a good job, which I think might be the problem. I am not a ditzy valley girl. I do sometimes go out with ditzy valley girl friends and men hang all over them and almost always ask them for their phone numbers. What do these women say that attracts these men. What do you like to hear? Something sexy, sweet, perverted…? Is it better to tell you that I like your smile, or that your so sexy that your making me wet… Is just making eye contact across the bar a turn on, or is it better for me to walk up to you and start talking? Do you want to hear that I like you, or that I just want to have sex with you? I tend to like a man’s man, physical labor jobs, construction worker, bikers.. do I intimidate them because I have a very good office job? Please help?????
